Terms of Service

The terms under which CIRCLEFLEX and its parent company Circle Pro Audio Limited provide products, datasheets, and the www.circleflex.in website.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CIRCLEFLEX website at www.circleflex.in and any commercial dealings with Circle Pro Audio Limited ("Company", "we", "our"). By accessing this site or transacting with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About the Company

CIRCLEFLEX is the professional cable manufacturing division of Circle Pro Audio Limited, a company registered in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

2. Website Use

  • You may browse, download technical datasheets, and submit quote enquiries for personal or business-evaluation purposes.
  • You may not scrape, copy, redistribute, or systematically extract content from this website without prior written consent.
  • You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the site, the server, or any database connected to it.

3. Product Information & Specifications

All technical specifications published on www.circleflex.in (including SQMM ratings, copper purity, jacket properties, and ATAR™ protection claims) reflect our laboratory and field test results at the time of publication. We reserve the right to:

  • Update specifications without notice as part of continuous engineering improvement.
  • Discontinue or modify any product configuration.
  • Issue corrigenda if a published value is later found to be inaccurate.

The published specification at the time of order acceptance shall be the binding specification for that order.

4. Quotes & Orders

  1. Quotation: All written quotes are valid for 30 days from issue unless otherwise stated.
  2. Order placement: Orders are deemed accepted only upon written confirmation by an authorised Company representative.
  3. Custom configurations: Custom drum lengths, jacket colours, and OEM stamping are non-cancellable and non-returnable once production has commenced.
  4. Payment: Terms are net 30 days from invoice date unless agreed otherwise in writing. Overdue amounts may attract interest at 1.5% per month.

5. Warranty

CIRCLEFLEX cables are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 24 months from the date of delivery, subject to:

  • Use within the published electrical and mechanical limits.
  • Storage and installation in accordance with normal industry practice.
  • Absence of mechanical damage, exposure to chemicals outside specification, or modification by third parties.

Our sole liability under this warranty is, at our discretion, to repair, replace, or refund the defective material. The Company shall not be liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages including but not limited to loss of revenue, downtime, or third-party claims.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks (including CIRCLEFLEX, ATAR™, and Circle Pro Audio), product photography, copy, datasheets, and design assets on this site are the property of Circle Pro Audio Limited or its licensors. All rights reserved.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, the Company's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the website shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim, or ₹10,000, whichever is lower.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Circle Pro Audio Limited, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the website.

9. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance caused by acts of God, strikes, lockouts, war, terrorism, civil disturbance, government regulation, raw material shortages, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be notified via a banner on the homepage for at least 14 days.
